Acceptance of Terms

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player", "User", "you") and ec999 ("ec999", "the Platform", "we", "us", "our") governing your access to and use of the ec999 website, mobile platform, casino games, sports betting services, and all associated features available at ec999.bio.

By registering an account, logging in, depositing funds, or placing any wager on ec999, you expressly confirm that:

• You have read these Terms in full and understand their content;
• You agree to be legally bound by these Terms and any future amendments;
• You meet all eligibility requirements set out in Clause 2 of these Terms;
• You are acting on your own behalf and not on behalf of any third party;
• You have not been previously excluded or banned from the ec999 platform.

These Terms should be read alongside the ec999 Privacy Policy and the Responsible Gaming Policy, both of which form part of the overall agreement between you and ec999.

Eligibility

2.1 Minimum Age. The ec999 platform is strictly intended for adults. You must be at least 21 years of age to register an account or participate in any gaming or betting activity on ec999. This requirement is non-negotiable and applies to all users without exception. ec999 conducts mandatory age verification on all accounts prior to authorising withdrawals. Any account found to belong to a person under 21 years of age will be permanently closed and any remaining balance will be handled in accordance with applicable regulations.

2.2 Jurisdictional Eligibility. It is your sole responsibility to determine whether accessing and using ec999 is lawful in your jurisdiction of residence. ec999 does not make any representation that the platform is legally accessible in all locations. By using ec999, you confirm that your use of the platform does not violate any law or regulation applicable to you.

2.3 One Account Per Person. Each player is permitted to hold only one registered account on ec999. The creation of multiple accounts by a single individual — whether under the same name, email address, device, IP address, or payment method — constitutes a breach of these Terms and will result in the immediate closure of all associated accounts and forfeiture of any balances therein.

2.4 Self-Excluded Players. If you have previously requested self-exclusion from ec999, you are not permitted to open a new account or attempt to access the platform during the self-exclusion period. Any such attempt constitutes a breach of these Terms.

Account Registration & Security

3.1 Accurate Information. When registering an ec999 account, you are required to provide accurate, current, and complete information including your full legal name, date of birth, valid email address, and contact number. Providing false, misleading, or incomplete registration information is a breach of these Terms and grounds for immediate account termination.

3.2 Account Credentials. You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your ec999 username and password. You must not share your login credentials with any other person. ec999 will never request your password via email, live chat, or any other communication channel. Any activity carried out under your account credentials — whether or not authorised by you — is your responsibility.

3.3 Unauthorised Access. If you suspect that your ec999 account has been accessed without your authorisation, you must notify ec999 customer support immediately. ec999 will take reasonable steps to investigate and, where appropriate, secure or suspend the affected account.

3.4 Account Verification (KYC). ec999 operates a Know Your Customer (KYC) process in accordance with international gaming standards. All players must complete identity and address verification before withdrawals are processed. Accepted documents include Pakistan CNIC, passport, and recent utility bills or bank statements dated within 90 days. ec999 reserves the right to request additional documentation at any time.

3.5 Dormant Accounts. An account that has not had any login activity for a continuous period of twelve (12) months will be classified as dormant. ec999 reserves the right to apply an administrative maintenance fee to dormant accounts as specified in the platform's fee schedule, which is available upon request from ec999 customer support.

Deposits & Withdrawals

4.1 Accepted Payment Methods. ec999 accepts deposits and processes withdrawals via the following payment methods for Pakistani players: JazzCash, EasyPaisa, Habib Bank Limited (HBL), United Bank Limited (UBL), and Meezan Bank. All transactions are conducted in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). ec999 does not charge players a fee for standard deposits or withdrawals; however, your payment provider may apply their own transaction charges.

4.2 Deposit Processing. Deposits made via JazzCash and EasyPaisa are credited to your ec999 account balance in real time upon confirmation from the payment gateway. Bank transfer deposits via HBL, UBL, or Meezan Bank may take up to one business day to reflect depending on interbank processing times.

4.3 Withdrawal Processing. Withdrawal requests from fully verified ec999 accounts are processed within the same business day for requests submitted before 5:00 PM PKT. Requests submitted after 5:00 PM PKT will be processed on the following business day. ec999 reserves the right to apply additional verification checks before processing a withdrawal, particularly where the withdrawal amount is significant or where the account has recently undergone changes to personal or payment details.

4.4 Withdrawal to Original Payment Method. ec999 applies a return-to-source policy whereby withdrawals are processed back to the same payment method used for the corresponding deposit. This policy exists as part of ec999's anti-money laundering (AML) compliance framework.

4.5 Minimum and Maximum Transaction Limits. Minimum deposit and withdrawal amounts are published in the ec999 cashier section and may be updated from time to time. Players are advised to check current limits prior to initiating a transaction.

4.6 Own Funds Only. You must only deposit funds that belong to you. The use of third-party payment methods or funds obtained through unlawful means is strictly prohibited and will result in account termination and reporting to relevant authorities where required.

Bonuses & Promotions

5.1 Wagering Requirements. All bonuses, free spins, cashback offers, and promotional credits issued by ec999 are subject to wagering requirements that must be completed before any bonus-derived winnings can be withdrawn. The applicable wagering multiplier for each promotion is stated in the specific promotional terms attached to that offer.

5.2 Bonus Eligibility. ec999 reserves the right to determine player eligibility for any promotional offer at its sole discretion. Bonuses are generally available to players who have completed KYC verification and are in good standing on the platform. Certain bonuses may be restricted based on deposit method, game type, or player tier.

5.3 One Bonus Per Offer. Each promotional offer from ec999 may only be claimed once per player, per household, per device, and per IP address unless the terms of the specific promotion state otherwise. Attempting to claim the same bonus multiple times through multiple accounts or other means constitutes bonus abuse and will result in account suspension.

5.4 Bonus Expiry. All bonus funds and associated wagering requirements are subject to expiry periods. If wagering requirements are not fulfilled within the stated validity period, the bonus funds and any associated winnings will be forfeited automatically. ec999 will not reinstate expired bonus funds under any circumstances.

5.5 Game Weighting. Not all games on ec999 contribute equally to the fulfilment of wagering requirements. Slot games typically contribute 100% towards wagering requirements, while live dealer games, table games, and sportsbook wagers may contribute at a reduced percentage as specified in the individual promotion terms.

5.6 Abuse and Misuse. ec999 reserves the right to void any bonus and cancel any resulting winnings if it determines, at its sole and reasonable discretion, that a player has engaged in bonus abuse, exploited a technical error, or participated in any form of irregular play designed to extract guaranteed profit from a promotional offer.

Gameplay Rules

6.1 Certified Random Number Generator. All casino games on ec999 operate using a certified Random Number Generator (RNG), ensuring that all game outcomes are entirely random, unpredictable, and free from manipulation by any party. The integrity of game outcomes is independently verifiable through ec999's certified game providers.

6.2 Technical Malfunctions. In the event of a technical malfunction, server interruption, or connectivity failure during a game round, ec999 will make reasonable efforts to resolve the issue and reinstate the game session to its pre-interruption state where technically feasible. ec999 cannot guarantee that partially completed game rounds will be preserved in all circumstances. In cases of genuine technical error, bets affected by the error may be voided and stakes returned to the player's account balance.

6.3 Void Bets. ec999 reserves the right to void any wager placed in error, placed on an incorrectly priced market, or placed in circumstances that constitute a clear technical or human error on the part of ec999 or any third-party game provider. Players will be notified of any voided wagers and original stakes will be returned.

6.4 Sportsbook Rules. Cricket betting and all other sportsbook markets on ec999 are governed by specific sports betting rules published within the sportsbook section of the platform. These rules address market settlement, in-play bet acceptance, event postponement, and void bet criteria for each sport. Players are advised to review the applicable sports rules before placing wagers.

6.5 Currency of Settlement. All wagers, winnings, bonuses, and balances on ec999 are denominated and settled in Pakistani Rupees (PKR).

Prohibited Conduct

The following actions are strictly prohibited on the ec999 platform. Engaging in any prohibited conduct may result in immediate account suspension, permanent termination, forfeiture of all balances, and where applicable, referral to law enforcement authorities.

• Multi-accounting: Registering or operating more than one ec999 account;
• Fraud: Using stolen, fraudulent, or unauthorised payment methods to fund your ec999 account;
• Money laundering: Using ec999 to launder funds derived from illegal activity;
• Collusion: Coordinating with other players to gain an unfair advantage in any game or market;
• Automated betting: Using bots, scripts, or any automated software to place wagers or interact with the ec999 platform;
• Exploitation of errors: Deliberately exploiting software bugs, pricing errors, or RNG anomalies for financial gain;
• Bonus abuse: Systematically exploiting promotional offers in a manner inconsistent with genuine recreational play;
• Chargebacks: Initiating unauthorised chargebacks or payment reversals through your bank or payment provider after funds have been used on ec999;
• Misrepresentation: Providing false identity documents, false age declarations, or any other misleading information to ec999.

Intellectual Property

8.1 Ownership. All content on the ec999 platform — including but not limited to the ec999 brand name, logo, website design, graphics, text, game interfaces, software, and audiovisual elements — is the exclusive intellectual property of ec999 or its licensed content providers. All rights are reserved.

8.2 Limited Licence. ec999 grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the platform for your own personal, non-commercial recreational purposes in accordance with these Terms. This licence does not include the right to copy, reproduce, modify, publicly display, distribute, or commercially exploit any ec999 content.

8.3 Prohibited Uses. You may not scrape, frame, mirror, or otherwise reproduce any part of the ec999 platform without express written permission from ec999. You may not use ec999's brand name or logo in any context that suggests an endorsement or affiliation that does not exist.

Limitation of Liability

9.1 Platform Availability. ec999 endeavours to maintain continuous platform availability but does not guarantee uninterrupted access. Scheduled maintenance, emergency technical interventions, or circumstances beyond ec999's reasonable control may result in temporary service interruptions. ec999 shall not be liable for any losses arising from such interruptions.

9.2 Exclusion of Consequential Loss. To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, ec999 shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential losses arising from your use of or inability to use the ec999 platform, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, or loss of opportunity.

9.3 Cap on Liability. Where liability cannot be fully excluded under applicable law, ec999's total liability to any player in respect of any single claim or series of related claims shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that player into their ec999 account during the thirty (30) days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

9.4 Player Responsibility. You acknowledge that online gambling involves financial risk and that you participate voluntarily and at your own risk. ec999 does not guarantee any particular outcome, return, or result in respect of any game or wager placed on the platform.

Termination of Accounts

10.1 Termination by ec999. ec999 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any player account at any time, with or without prior notice, where ec999 reasonably believes that:

• The player has breached any provision of these Terms;
• The player has engaged in fraudulent, abusive, or illegal activity;
• Continuation of the account poses a risk to ec999 or other players;
• The player has failed to complete KYC verification within the required timeframe;
• Regulatory or legal obligations require ec999 to do so.

10.2 Termination by Player. You may close your ec999 account at any time by contacting ec999 customer support. Prior to account closure, all pending withdrawals will be processed in the normal course and any outstanding wagering requirements on active bonuses will be forfeited.

10.3 Effect of Termination. Upon termination of an account, any bonus balances will be forfeited. Verified real-money balances will be returned to the player via the registered payment method subject to standard identity verification checks. ec999 reserves the right to retain records of closed accounts for compliance and audit purposes in accordance with its data retention policy.

Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

11.1 Governing Law. These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with international online gaming standards and the laws applicable to the jurisdiction in which ec999 operates. In matters not governed by specific gaming regulations, general principles of contract law shall apply.

11.2 Dispute Resolution. In the event of any dispute arising from your use of ec999, you are encouraged to first contact ec999 customer support at [email protected] to seek an informal resolution. ec999 will use reasonable endeavours to resolve complaints within five (5) business days of receipt.

11.3 Escalation. If a complaint is not resolved to your satisfaction through the informal resolution process, you may request that the matter be escalated to ec999's compliance team for formal review. ec999 will issue a final written response within fifteen (15) business days of the escalation request.

11.4 Language. These Terms are issued in English. In the event of any inconsistency between the English version and any translated version, the English version shall prevail.

Changes to These Terms

ec999 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time. When material changes are made, ec999 will notify registered players by email or by displaying a prominent notice on the platform at the time of login. The updated Terms will display a revised effective date at the top of this page.

Your continued use of the ec999 platform after the effective date of any revised Terms constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms. If you do not agree with any changes, you must cease using ec999 and may request account closure in accordance with Clause 10.2.
